Our client is one of the leading firm in Mugla about health sector. We are looking for "international sales and business developer" for our client's Office inMugla.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in international sales, business development function in health sector,
  • Proven success in sales and business development,
  • Result and solution focused,
  • Fluent English, Turkish and 1 other language,
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and manage marketing strategies,
  • Experienced in developing and managing international partner network,
  • Ability to work independently in a complex environment, set the right priorities and motivate self and others,
  • Very good command of MS Office Applications,
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills,
  • Strong Leadership and negotiation and communication skills and team oriented
  • No restriction for travelling.

Job Description:

  • Achieving weekly, monthly and annual targets,
  • Selected candidate must be resident in MUGLA
  • Create comprehensive competitive analysis of target market,
  • Develop competitive value propositions and translate these to succesful marketing campaigns,
  • Support agents/distributors with relevant marketing material and contracts,
  • Gaining new customers for the company by analyzing the potentials of the health sector,
  • Weekly reporting and presenting of results and planned activities,
  • Develop, execute and continuously optimize country based sales plans,
  • Track all activities in CRM systems
