QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Anatolia is a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of ceramic and stone tiles and is a major supplier to some of the largest home centers and distributors throughout the United States and Canada. Based in Toronto, Anatolia is a privately owned 100% Canadian corporation that is growing rapidly.


Anatolia has been operating in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey since August, 2017 in its 40.500-square meter Distribution Centre. With this facility, Anatolia has been supporting its North American Customers, and continues to expand to new markets in Europe, Asia, South America and Middle East. In addition to its Distribution Center, the construction of Anatolia’s 200.000-square meter ceramic manufacturing facility is in progress with operations commencing in 2022.


Anatolia is now seeking a Sales Specialist. With this role, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders. What you need is...

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ceramic/ marble sector,
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Fluent communication skills in one of the languages of French, German, Russian,
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and growing organization,
  • Problem solving, negotiation, analysis and explication skills,
  • Hard-working, sales-oriented and willing to work at an intense pace to achieve and corporate goals.
  • No travel obligation,
  • Military service completed for male candidates.


As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for;

  • Providing the best and quality service in line with the customer's demands, needs and expectations, from the very beginning to the end of the process, in current customer management and new customer acquisition,
  • Establishing and implementing new collaborations and projects by meeting with new customers in order to acquire new sales channels,
  • Collaborating with marketing teams on marketing campaigns and promotional events,
  • To prepare sales reports,
  • Following the offer, order and shipment processes and informing the customers.
