We are looking for an International Sales Expert who will be responsible for customer relations and sales. Sales Experts play a crucial role in our business model as they are the first point of contact of our customers. Our goal is to raise managers/executives of the future.
What you'll be doing
- Make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues before, during and after their holiday.
- Respond to customers efficiently and accurately, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Prepare and optimize call center scripts.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed sales metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
- Create high quality content in different languages in the low season.
- Acquire new boat owners and help on-boarding them via website, phone or email.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- BS degree in a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language – preferably native speaker level.
- Professional proficiency in additional major languages such as German, French, Spanish, Greek, Italian, Russian, Dutch, Croatian and Ukrainian is a big plus.
- Experience in sales or customer experience, preferably in tourism sector.
- Knowledge in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Working knowledge with CRM tools, such as Zoho.
- Eager to learn through experience.
- Desire to build a career in sales field with global exposure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
