QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for new team member for our long term business strategies in construction material sector.

If you would like to join a corporate organization and run along with us, our requirements are;

· Preferable bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant education,

· Minimum 10 years export sales experience and minimum 5 years management of sales and export operation,

· Competent in business network development and deep understanding of business principles,

· Being team player, but also ability to work independently in a complex environment, set the right priorities and self-motivate,

· Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation, good communication skills and being a problem solver,

· Advanced level in both written and spoken English,

· Second language preferable,

· Good computer usage skills and MS Office applications. SAP experience will be will be preference,

· Located in Ankara,

· Travel flexibility,

· No military obligation for male candidates,

· Having B Class active driving license.

*Job Description:

The candidate will be directly reporting to the General Manager, and will be responsible for:

  • Managing export sales and operation team and customer relationships in key target markets,

· Achieving assigned sales targets,

· Identifying and researching new markets and find new business opportunities and customers,

· Developing and maintaining distribution channels by negotiating with customers,

· Research of markets, new customers and new opportunities,

· Enlarging the customer portfolio, managing the development and maintaining the continuity in the markets,

· Being responsible for preparing business plan and/or creating additional new businesses for the company by seizing new business opportunities,

· Ensuring the quality of the export documents delivered to the customers,

· Coordinator the questions, problems and requests of the customers to related departments and ensuring the customer satisfaction,

· Preparing presentations that will add 'value' to the customers and presenting these.
