Qualifications:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering,Electronic Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields,
- Familiar with foreign trade operations
- Project based supplier negotiations combined with a commercial acumen,
- SAP knowledge is a great asset,
- Experience in partner management is a great asset,
- Intercultural work experience,
- Ability to learn quickly; dynamic & positive personality, pro-active,
- Very good command of English skills both verbal and written,
- Familiar with Project Management expectations,
- Analytical and problem solving skill,
- Proven multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure,
- Ability to respond to, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest of standards for completeness and accuracy.
Job Description:
- To identify risks for the project involving suppliers, define and work out the associated corrective action plans with the business partners,
- To prepare purchase orders and related amendments, as/when required for approval and further processing,
- To clear the goods from customs and communicate with related parties effectively,
- To follow goods until the arrival of own or third party warehouses,
- To ensure cost effective purchasing by negotiating the prices with the suppliers,
- Ensures that Key Performance Indicators and department goals are met,
- To manage and negotiate all commercial aspects of the contract,
- To research vendors capabilities and identify list of strategic and preferred vendors; identify vendor-related risks and develop mitigation strategy,
- To provide insight for business decision taking.
