Ace Trading offers unique opportunities for traders who are just starting out. At Ace, you can learn to trade a variety of products listed on the NYSE and you don’t need a starting capital. Once accepted, you will start to undergo our structured training consisting of lectures, videos and manuals. Our training program focuses on the fundamentals of trading such as the questioning of choices; the inefficiencies in the markets and the deep imbalance of supply and demand to build flexible traders who have long-term perspectives. After the one-month initial training period, you will be required to take an exam, which is similar to a Series 7 exam. Once you have passed the exam, you qualify to become a Junior Trader at our Hedge Fund and your training will continue for another six months. After this period, you will qualify to become a Mid-level Trader. You can get more independent and start trading your own ideas, under the guidance of your mentor. The best Mid-Level traders will be promoted in the future and will become Senior Traders. The more you progress, the higher your trading limits and bonus scheme will become. Once you become a Senior Trader you also will have the opportunity to become a mentor in the Academy. Once a trader builds a proven track record, we will allow him to follow multiple career paths such as New Talent Development Specialists, Emerging Fund Manager, CFA chartering, and a Portfolio Manager position within our Asset Management Division.
