QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Desired Skills & Experience:
Up to 2 years of HR experience,
Well–developed interviewing and assessment skills,
Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills,
Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn,
High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
Self-motivated and excellent team player,
Project management skills
Ability to exercise good judgment, independent decision making and problem-solving skills,
Very good command of both written and spoken English,
Proficiency in MS Office applications.


Job Description:
-Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to help the firm find new candidates
-Identify and choose effective recruitment tools in accordance with levels to ensure the right selections
-Identify candidates (headhunting, screening applications, utilizing multiple sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee recommendations, unlocking internal and external networking and organization mapping)
-Gather market insights and trends and feed into the talent team and business as required
-Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
-Ensure all appropriate candidate checks are in place
-Assess recruitment efficiency regularly and find the right solutions for improvement
