- University degree in Industrial Engineer or related disciplines
- Min. 3 years experience in Quality Department
- Is highly motivated, open to learning, prone to teamwork, able to think analytical,
- Is meticulous, organized, and responsible, successful in human relations, has good diction, strong business follow-up, result-oriented
- Is experienced in quality and process control in the production area, preferably in the quality department, having knowledge of basic quality control methods and principles.
- Has the knowledge of quality control processes, being able to take an active role in all processes from input control to final control, fill in necessary forms and documents, and perform tests.
- Is able to use measuring instruments used in quality controls (such as calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Is computer literate and able to use MS Office programs effectively
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Has completed his military service
- Very good command of English both verbal and written
- IATF 16949, ISO 9001 Quality System Internal Audit Knowledge (Certified),
- Having an SPC knowledge
- Lives in the Anatolian side of Istanbul, preferably near Ümraniye.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Performing daily process controls, reporting control results and observations, informing relevant authorities in case of nonconformity (Process Quality Control)
- Ensuring the quality level of production is assured
- Ensuring that technical information about control criteria and sample samples are regularly available in the department
- Making final checks of new products or revisions before they are transferred to the production process, supporting in the approval of production compliance
- Reporting product quality-related problems with suggested solutions
- Supporting all in-house quality processes when necessary
- Reporting by performing the necessary tests (Aging, Moisture, Density, Color Measurement, Tensile Break, etc.).
- Responsible for the Quality Management System (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) process and performance monitoring.
- Ensure sustainability of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 systems, monitoring of quality system implementation effectiveness
- Follow up and apply the changes on IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 standards and customer special requirements.
