QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a person who will be in touch with our current trading in medicine, manage placing order process and has enough proficiency in English that could be able to grow our customer partnership.
- Who has minimum 2-3 years experience in Medicine, Medical and Cosmetic field ( Preferred )
- Who has mastered in exporting medicine and logistics operation ( Preferred )
- Who has graduated from related university field,
- Who has professional level of English and Arabic ( Reading Writing Speaking, Preferred 2nd Language)
- Who has knowledge of İnternational Trade and Customs Legislation
- Who has knowledge of MS Office Programmes and high ability of computer literate
- Who is able to travel domestic and abroad
- Who is a team member and resultoriented
- Who has good relationship with people, has good communication and representational skills
- Who has no military service obligation for male candidates
Duty and Responsibilities
- Defining alternative sales channels to gain new customers
- Making sales proposals of products in international market by defining target customer
- Completing the exporting and shipment documents of the finalized orders as earliest as possible
- Preparing the customs clearance documents of the material to be exported and following the procedures
- Following all the logistics procedures
- Following the delivery and receiving procedures of the exported and imported material and performing the reporting process.
- Coordinating customs procedures with the customs company
- Ensuring the order and follow-up of all documents which are belonging to export and import operations
- Following related correspondence to abroad and making cost accounting
