Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from Electrical or other engineering and/or Business school
- 5-6 years experience in Export Sales and Operations
- Fluent in English, and preferably second language French or Russion
- Good knowledge of electrical distribution and retail
- Good understanding of the customers’ problems & technology
- Good analytical and technical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as negotiation and influencing skills in a multicultural environment
- Autonomous, entrepreneurial & team spirit
- No restrictions to travel abroad
Job Description
- Responsible for export sales and marketing activities in assigned region
- Building an efficient supply chain between manufacturing plant and Export Markets
- Preparing business plans and projects for increasing sales in target markets
- Increasing customer/distributor portfolio, developing and negotiating with existing customers/distributors
- Participating in international exhibitions and make potential customer/distributor visits regularly.
- Prepare and present monthly and annual reports for the actual and target sales budget
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by Management
