ZEISS Turkey is currently seeking, highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to represent ZEISS Research Microscopy Solutions (RMS) in İstanbul.

As Account Manager you will be responsible for sales and application on ZEISS LM and Confocal instruments.

Job Description

  • Take an active role in sales and application policies/strategies for the defined portfolio including academia and industry markets
  • Perform regular Funnel Analysis of CRM opportunities
  • Realize financial and non-financial targets
  • Deliver software application training and provide application support to relevant customers
  • Conduct competitor and/or competitive analysis
  • Make regular customer visits and increase market share with new customer acquisitions
  • Establish/maintain good relationships with customers and accounts
  • Prepare proposals, sales contracts and negotiate with the customers
  • Follow up sales projects until customer delivery
  • Apply marketing activities in the field in line with company strategies, represent the brand and products in congress & meetings, and organization
  • Develop opportunities to increase sales of new products and services in hospitals, industry, and universities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sample evaluations for the hospital, university, and industry customers


Requirements

  • University degree in Biology, Biotechnology or Molecular Biology or similar fields
  • Product sales experience in Life Science market - min 5 years of field sales experience
  • Hands-on sales experience in Light Microscope (LM) and Confocal Microscope
  • Experience in tender process
  • Proficient in MS Applications
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Confident with public speaking
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Valid driving license and active driving experience
