Today, Verscom Carrier Voice offers its carrier partners a single source for niche call termination to fixed and mobile networks by leveraging its relationships with local partners and entities to provide a quality of service that is of the highest standard. As Verscom, we are looking for a team member to work as accounting specialist in our finance department

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Skill in maintaining accounting and bookkeeping records

· Knowledge of finance practices and principles, treasury functions

· Knowledge of managing of customer relations

· Attention to details

· Skill in both verbal and written communication

· Knowledge of MS office programs

· Knowledge of financial reporting

· Advanced level of English both written and spoken

· Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus

· At least 2 years experience in related area

Job Description

· Prepares and processes invoices; checks the invoices against the data on the system and completes archiving process

· Enters vendor bills and statements; Missing Invoice reporting and follow up with customers

· Booking bank transactions,reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger

· Preparing cashflow projections

· Maintaining customers and vendors’ information on the CRM files and databases

· Timely responding to questions from vendors and customers concerning invoicing ,payments and queries by colleagues concerning invoices, payments

· Communicate effectively with manager, supervisor, peers, corporate and field staff

· Involving in improving new tools related to finance department

· Supporting preparation of financial reports
