QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Randstad Turkey team is growing! We are searching for a great" Accounting Specialist” who’s ready to tackle an exciting new chapter in their career.


- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics,Business Administration
- Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience,
- Experience of accounting, tax and budgeting,reporting financial statements
- Experience within an international organization,accounting area is asset,
- Strong Ms Office skills, navision accounting software knowledge is plus,
- Strong communication skills,
- Good command of verbal and written English,
- Analytical mind, strong planning and highly organized,
- Willing to learn new things about accounting/finance.


JOB DESCRIPTION

- Maintaining all necessary records including invoices, expenses, payments and transactions
- Accruals & prepayments
- Maintenance of sales invoices and reports
- Coordinating internal and external audits
- Managing day-to-day transactions
- Performing reconciliations of accounts
- Prepare, reconcile and record the payments
- Make collection phone calls and emails as needed
- Performing monthly tax files and payments
- Ensuring high-quality reporting and robust processes are in place to support the team
- Processing business expenses
- Keep financial records up-to-date
- Filing, mailing, and other duties as needed
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
