QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents.
We are looking for an "Accounting Analyst" for our global industry leader client, provides a complete range of engineered components and solutions.
The role provides financial services as to:
- Processing monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities,
- Attending SAP project releases and testing assigned SAP modules,
- Performing invoice entry, inventory recording and accounting of strategic metals, raw materials and auxiliary materials,
- Maintain all accounting records in line with the tax laws, e-books regulations and company procedures,
- Involving in closing activities of AP, AR, ledger closing,
- Controlling AP/AR transactions,
- Analyzing and correcting all cost centers of the company on daily basis,
- Support actively SAP upgrade other relevant projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Tracking and recognizing import accounting, e-invoice, and e-ledger transactions,
- Supporting external auditors, tax consultants, tax office and other institutions,
- Providing data for tax accounts for declaration,
- Supporting subsidiaries on internal/external accounting and other finance topics,
- Managing AR team activities on the Direct Debit Collection process,
- Supporting customers, business units, and other departments in accounting and financial topics,
- Monitoring and analyzing reconciliation activities for customers to run vendor reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field,
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position,
- Experience in a multinational company, with an Accounting, Finance, and Tax background,
- Preferably experience in SAP ERP system,
- Good command and fluent in English,
- Good understanding of local law (especially tax laws) and accounting standards,
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Meets the deadlines on time,
- Sense of responsibility while being an open and honest team member,
- Flexible team player with strong communication skills.
