QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an "Accounting Finance Manager" for our global client's branch operates in fabric and home textile sector.
JD:
Supervise the inputting, scoring and lettering of customer and supplier accounting entries follow up on unassigned customer and supplier settlements control, enter and settle expense reports, ensure the accounting of payroll entries or the electronic transfer from the payroll software to the accounting system,
Controlling VAT entries control the sending of the different client statements ensuring the correct accounting of fixed asset and balance sheet entries in order to prepare the supporting file for the year-end balance making year-end entries to prepare financial statements, control the opening of accounts, follow up on invoicing operations, control cash receipts and late payment statements, ensure the weekly reporting of overdue amounts, by entity and in consolidated form,
Participate in the bi-annual closings: calculate the provisions related to the accounts, manage files in judicial proceedings (legal recovery, liquidation) for debt declaration, enter, control and pay invoices, recording cash accounting operations,
Managing fixed assets, preparing and entering the files,
Analyse missing invoices in relation to orders,
Participate in monthly or quarterly closings: calculate provisions related to accounts, manage claims,
Define the parameters of the analytical accounting adapted to the business and to the analyses useful to the managers or the operational staff, control the correct use of analytical codifications during the accounting entry, edit analytical reports highlighting useful indicators , deviations in relation to the budget / previous year and ratios.
Assisting the external accountant in the preparation of the balance sheet and the profit and loss account,
Calculate and produce the monthly and annual tax returns: IS (corporate tax), VAT, TVS (tax on company vehicles), CVAE (cotisation on the value added of companies), DEB (declaration of exchange of goods), DES (declaration of exchange of services)
Establishing the monthly or quarterly social declarations and annual recapitalizations,
Ensure bank reconciliation,
Monitoring the bfr, (working capital requirements)
Set up daily relations with banking institutions,
Prepare negotiations on banking conditions and financing requests,
Define with them the schedules for auditing the accounts,
Justify the main restatements of account closures.
Requirements:
Related Bachelors' degree,
Analytical mindset, solution oriented,
Min. 4-5 years experience in accounting and controlling,
Perfect communication skills,
Willing to learn and improve, being ambitious,
Management experience is not a must but we will evaluate the managing potential,
Fluency in English or German is a MUST, (directors are not Turkish)
SAP knowledge is a plus,
Flexible to travel. (to Europe mostly)
