QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering and other related fields
- Minimum 7 years of finance experience
- Be experienced in credit
- Strong problem solving, negotiation skills, multi-tasking and project management skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding business and keeping up to date with industry and regulatory changes and professional standards
- Strong leadership to manage the Accounting, Treasury and Tax teams
- Proactive, analytical, committed and able to manage different expectation and resolving conflicts with a diplomatic approach.
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Good knowledge of Logo, IFRS
- Fluent in English
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accounting treatment according to Statutory, TFRS and T-IFRS and information supports for HQ Korea’s requests for their consolication of accounting
- Tax treatment
- Coordinates treasury related functional and business issues
- Cash management, prepartion/simulation/reportimng of cash flow
- Bond management, planning/strategy/implemenation of financing, commniciation/cooperation with HQ Korea for the financing
- Compliance management related to finance affaris such as declaration to governmental bodies
- Management of BOD for finance affairs/matters
- SOP management related to finance affairs/matters
