QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
We are looking for the Chief Financial Officer, the CFO, to join our growing organization. The CFO will be a key member of the Executive Management Team and will oversee the entire financial management of the organization in compliance with the regulations, legislations, and policies.
The CFO will be accountable to the Executive Management Team and will be mainly responsible for:
· Planning, management and reporting all financial, accounting and tax-related activities of Ventura Tek. ve Dan. Ltd. Sti. and its subsidiaries according to the requirements of the legislation,
· Working in close cooperation with the Management to establish and implement organizational financial policies, strategies, and KPIs,
· Developing digital financial monitoring and reporting systems to facilitate on-time reporting and identification of strategy and operations recommendations,
· Presenting regular reports and updates to the Management,
· Building and maintaining the relations with the banks and regulators.
Required Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar discipline required
· Min 10 years of experience in similar positions,
· Comprehensive knowledge on finance, accounting, and taxation, experience in developing and maintaining financial reporting tools, international cash flow, accounting processes, and tax optimization
· Very good command of written and spoken English,
· Energetic, forward-thinking and creative professional with high ethical standards,
· High sense of responsibility and adaptability to strict deadlines,
· Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills,
