QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Nitto Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto.

We are looking for "Accounting and Finance Manager" for our organization who will be reporting to General Manager.

Responsibilities

· To ensure that the income and expense records of the company are kept in accordance with the law.

· Preparing the company's financial reporting in accordance with local and international legislation.

· To avoid target deviation by comparing budget – actual.

· To ensure the preparation of financial reports and tables.

· For the financial development of the company; to make sales, cost and net income calculations and to prepare monthly and annual financial analysis charts.

· Preparing short, medium and long term cash flow forecast reports.

· Overseeing the cash flow in and out of the general safe.

· Being responsible for general ledger operations (month closing,tax, invoice transactions)

· Preparing monthly profit / loss reports.

· Continuously checking bank accounts and opened loans, providing needed loans and preparing monthly reports.

· Controlling exchange rate valuations, month-end reconciliation and reporting.

· Managing the company's financial reporting, budget and control operations.

· Maintaining the company's financial ratios and working capital performance.

· Coordinating company internal and external Finance audits.

· Taking part in feasibility studies of new projects and reporting the financial dimension.

· Examining general warehouse count reports and cost control reports and comparing them with accounting records

Qualifications

· 10 years of experience in finance and accounting (4+ years of management experience)

· Advanced team management, effective communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills

· Proficient in accounting, tax, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and cash management

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field

· Proficient in spoken and written English language

· Experienced SAP and MS Office user

. Cost accounting knowledge

· IFRS knowledge

· Audit experience is an asset
