QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Turkey / Istanbul
ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client, the Finance Manager will be responsible for preparation of monthly management accounts

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including:
- Profit and Loss
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Review of general ledgers and accounting for accruals/prepayments where necessary
- Posting of monthly journals
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Assistance with complex reconciliations and projects relating to banking, credit cards, purchase orders and intercompany transactions
- Developing extensive company processes and procedures for implementation on a global scale
- Assistance in Year End Audit requirements and due diligence work where required
- Liaising with AP and AR to ensure coding of transactions and financial information is accurate
- Ensuring compliance work is completed in a timely manner
- Variance reporting and budget analysis and review
- Ad-hoc work as required
- Business partnering with a commercial focus
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
- At least 7 years of experience in finance.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Exceptional Excel skills, ideally including the ability to create reports
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellen to rganisational and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels both internally and externally
- High attention to detail
- A can-do attitude
- Looking to become a finance business partner
- Driven and capable of driving process change and improvement
- Experience in SAP
