QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of Zingat and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. In this position, reporting to general manager, you will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments.
Responsibilities:
- Leading company’s accounting and finance function.
- Overseeing all audit and internal control operations.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. This includes ad hoc requests from the Group Holding companies.
- Ensuring adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
- Overseeing and reviewing accounting tasks, including payroll and tax compliances
- Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process. Collaborating with the executives and directors to create budgets and track key performance indicators.
- Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities.
- Developing strategies to increase return on investment and profitability.
- Liaising with consulting/auditing firms and other critical vendors.
- Realizing monthly variance analysis of operational performance.
- Maintaining and updating policies and procedures within country from a compliance perspective.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head of Finance or a similar role.
- Fully/partially qualification in a recognized professional accounting body is required.
- Bachelor’s in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related major would be an added advantage.
- Outstanding communication (both English and Turkish) and interpersonal abilities.
- Working experience with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and Turkish VUK.
- Working Experience with Logo software and similar accounting software.
- Experience on Budgeting & Forecasting processes.
- Excellent reporting capabilities.
