QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Tridi Technology provides the first online production supply platform in Turkey located at ITU ARI Teknokent. We provide manufacturing services to our customers by using in-house solutions and a network of manufacturers. Designers and engineers from different industries can order custom-made parts online with our instant quoting and manufacturability analysis tool. We use 3D Printing, Urethane Casting, CNC Machining, and Injection Molding technologies to make on-demand parts with high quality and competitive prices. Tridi is the easiest way to order custom parts thanks to our platform solution and manufacturers network.

We are currently looking for an Accounting and Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who wants to be part of a rapidly growing organization and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the General Manager.


What you will do:

  • Work closely with General Manager and contribute to maintaining sound financial systems of the company including cost efficiency and optimization of financial procedures,
  • Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with Turkish law and regulations, and company policies and procedures,
  • Contribute to financial aspects of all company activities, including procurement, budgeting, and expense reporting,
  • Ensure that incurred costs are allowable, appropriate, and reasonable following Consultancy Solutions policies and procedures,
  • Assist in preparation of periodically expense reports through the Mikro accounting software system or other software,
  • Provide advisory on accounting and financial aspects to other staff as directed,
  • Assist in preparation of accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting, including monthly accrual/projection spreadsheets, and ensure timely submission,
  • Review internal controls to ensure that appropriate mechanisms, procedures, and systems are in place and provide recommendations for improvement,
  • Assist in internal audits of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and petty cash,
  • Maintain bank reconciliations and reconciliation of petty cash,
  • Maintain current account reconciliation,
  • Assist in verification of all tax withholdings and payments and corresponding reports to relevant authorities,
  • Work with company CPA to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all accounting aspects according to local accounting standards,
  • Conduct office inventory,
  • Recording of personnel expenses, also recording and controlling supplier invoices,
  • Contributing to the general purchasing processes of the company,
  • Managing the accounting operations related to export processes,
  • Ensuring that the accounting documentations of the company archive appropriately.


Our Expectation from You:

  • University degree in a finance/accounting related field,
  • 3 to 5 years as an accountant or finance specialist,
  • Experience working in international company is a plus,
  • Practical knowledge of Micro or similar accounting software is a plus,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Program specifically Excel,
  • Having problem-solving, analytical thinking, questioning, and research skills,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail,
  • Compatible with teamwork and team culture,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours.
