Manage the company's financial accounting, and reporting systems in compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Implement all Finance policies and procedures
Control policy data of insurance companies /revenue recognition
Prepare and review monthly and annual financial and management reports, analyse financial data and provide insightful information to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
Prepare group and local reports related with financials
Support planning activities
Carrying out posting for specific accounts
Control FX valuation
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Engineering, Management) / MBA is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably 2 years in big 4 auditing companies in multinational companies
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Insurance company experience is a plus
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and modeling skills with ability to synthesize and analyze data to create actionable strategies.
Proven ability to work well in cross functional teams and develop strong working relationships across all levels.
Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Good knowledge of SAP and preferably IFRS knowledge will be plus
Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tool
