QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for month end closing process
- Manage the company's financial accounting, and reporting systems in compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Implement all Finance policies and procedures
- Control policy data of insurance companies /revenue recognition
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial and management reports, analyse financial data and provide insightful information to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
- Prepare group and local reports related with financials
- Support planning activities
- Carrying out posting for specific accounts
- Control FX valuation
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Engineering, Management) / MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably 2 years in big 4 auditing companies in multinational companies
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Insurance company experience is a plus
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and modeling skills with ability to synthesize and analyze data to create actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to work well in cross functional teams and develop strong working relationships across all levels.
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Good knowledge of SAP and preferably IFRS knowledge will be plus
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tool
