QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Minimum +10 years of experience in accounting with +5 years of experience in management position (audit experience is also preferred),
- CPA strongly preferred (it’s equal to SMMM Certificate in Turkish),
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills,
- Fluency in English,
- Excellent MS Office skills,
- Remarkable knowledge about the accounting standards, relevant laws and regulations (including specific local laws and regulations),
- Good communication and reporting skills,
- Experience with digital transformation process of accounting systems,
- Capable of effective teamwork,
- For male candidates, completion of military service,
- Living in İstanbul.
Job Description
- Leading the accounting projects,
- Leading the accounting team,
- Accomplishing the accounting processes in accordance with Turkish Statutory Regulations, IFRS, Local GAAP requirements,
- Having the competence to solve complex accounting issues.
