QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an ambitious Accounting Manager who likes to play with numbers and would be eager to create an impact in his/her field by assessing our clients'needs, analyzing and offering advice for all of our financial issues.
What we expect from you:
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting and taxes,
- Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit,
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements,
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness,
- Making sure proper documentation is maintained and followed on,
- Managing month end closing activities,
- Maintaining the financial records and statements as per company policy, local laws and regulations,
- Making sure that company complies with all local laws and regulations on time,
- Preparation, review and declaration of all the tax returns (BA/BS, VAT, WHT, CIT, etc),
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested,
- Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions,
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships,
- Coordinating and solving matters with consultants, auditors, tax authorities and other teams.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields, CPA preferred,
- Min. 10 years experience, preferably financial affairs and E-commerce background,
- Experience of IFRS, US and local GAAP with Microsoft Dynamics AXAPTA will be an advantage,
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles,
- Excellent in MS Office applications,
- Attentive to detail and ability to analyze large amount of data,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
- Strong written and oral communication skills,
- Analytical thinker and open to innovation,
- Fluent in English,
- No obstacle to travel.
