Professional Background required:

  • At least 10 years + experience in the financial field within multinational environments
  • Senior Experience in working and understanding functions as audit, internal control, controlling, reporting & planning
  • Between 3-5 years at least, experience in a Finance Managerial position / Accounting Manager
  • Senior Leadership experience in accepted accounting practices and principles required – Statutory/IFRS is a must, US GAAP is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Statutory Tax environment – IFRS/US GAAP tax knowledge is a plus
  • Strong knowledge in working with ERP – SAP is a plus

Qualifications required :

  • Minimum 15 years work experience in accounting
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window s applications and relevant computer applications required
  • University/College degree in a related discipline required
  • CPA is a plus
  • Project management(LSS or others ) is a plus

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Accounting Controller, and dotted line to Finance Director(Local CFO), responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Lead and manage the Accounting department and ensure all standards are followed(both Local and USGAAP)
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual reports
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
  • Ensure accurate and efficient monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures , including ensuring the internal control framework
  • Balance operational, administrative and internal customers’ needs
  • Oversee the financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process on statutory and corporate level
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of accounting journal entries
  • Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures; provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
  • Represent the company in front of Tax authorities and other public authorities in relation to his/hers field activity
  • Responsible for all taxation related matters
  • Oversee account re conciliation s and transfer pricing related matters
  • Responsible for keeping up to date of all accounting procedures and implement them when needed
  • Responsible for statutory FS submissions
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures
  • Follow all safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Validate the payroll and prepare bonuses calculation & tax related
  • Provide analysis requested by local or corporate management like: SAG analysis, BS analyses, Treasury pack
  • Perform the Staff evaluation
  • Approve the contracts and calculations from finance point of view and obtain the external approvals as per corporate requirements
  • Approve the internal documents in internal workflow system
