QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

At least bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other Administrative Science departments
Strong knowledge about general accounting and tax legislation
Experience in a certified public accountant office/ independent audit company or at least CPA internship
Min 2-3 years of experience in the field of accounting
Analytical minded, strong people skills, strong reporting skills
A good team player but able to work autonomously as well

*Good command of English is not a must but a plus

Job Description

Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments and also incoming invoice to the organization
Booking and controlling of personnel expenses
Controlling of expense accounts

Following-up of corporate documents and books

Performing customer and supplier reconciliations

Providing support to financial advisors in month-end closing procedures

Providing support to the financial advisor in the preparation of VAT / VAT2, Social Security, Witholding Tax and Corporate Tax Declarations
