TELUS International is looking for an Accountant in Istanbul, Turkey.

Our requirements:

  • Have a university degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years experience in Accounting
  • Good knowledge of Turkish fiscal law
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • High reliability, excellent analytical and communication skills, flexibility
  • Excellent reporting knowledge, ability to report daily/weekly/monthly
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity


Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the accounting (supplier and client invoices, bank statements, petty cash, travel expenses, bookings related to month end closing) for our Turkish company including 2 branches
  • Preparation of monthly and yearly closings
  • Issuing of client and intercompany invoices
  • Bank and Cash Transactions
  • Reconciliation of all accounts (supplier, client, salary etc.)
  • Communication with external auditors, tax consultants, tax office, other institutions
  • Close collaboration with Payroll Accounting and Group Controlling
  • General administrative tasks (mail handling, petty cash)
