QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Having an university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting
- Understanding for general/advanced accounting practices (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory Accounting , Expense Reports, etc.)
- Min. 5 years working relevant experience preferably in multinational environments
- Good command in both spoken and written in English
- Proficient in ERP based accounting and MS Office tools (word, excel etc.)
- Structured and focused personality
- A high potential with proven analytical attitude, critical thinking and strong perceptive skills
- Strong attention to details
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Resilience to stress
- Relationship builder between different departments and teams
- Availability to start with a short notice
Job Description
- Timely and accurate Booking of AP invoices in ERP system
- Booking and controlling of inventory invoices and transactions
- Following up PO closures and errors in ERP system
- Following fixed asset and depreciation journals
- Contributing to month end closings
- Following and finalizing some GL accruals
- Reconciliations with vendors and vendor management
- Following Viking International Limited’s QHSE&T policies and procedures in order to create a safe working environment at all times
- Other relevant duties
