QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related fields,
  • Minimum 3-5 years of solid professional experience in accounting, tax, finance, audit,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel; SAP is a plus,
  • Good verbal and written communication in English,
  • Passion to learn and drive to succeed,
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities, multiple tasks and demands within short timeframes,
  • Analytical and critical thinking, detail and result oriented, self-motivated, positive and energetic,
  • Good team member and skilled at time management,
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients and stakeholders.


Job Description

  • To ensure that all general accounting transactions are carried out in accordance with the financial and company reporting calendar,
  • Processing and following up invoice transactions and ensure that all vendor invoices are booked to the correct cost centers,
  • Supporting banking & treasury activities and being the responsible person for the communicating with the banks, preparation of bank instructions,
  • Responsible for reconciliation process with customers through tracking customer invoices and collections,
  • Following currency difference invoice, which is originating from payment and invoice,
  • Managing vendor account reconciliations with the other team members,
  • Follow and processes intercompany transactions and reconciliation,
  • Good command and active use of e-invoice, e-archive applications,
  • Supporting E-ledger and BA-BS process,
  • Performing month end closing of the books,
  • Providing documents and supporting to the audit teams such as PWC, Deloitte and E&Y,
  • Supporting Finance Manager for other accounting, finance, treasury and tax related issues.
