We are looking for a new colleague that will help thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions to strengthen its presence in Turkey.

Job profile/ responsibilities

The purpose of the role is working closely with our finance team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.

Responsibilities include:

· Handling general accounting activities, including the book keeping, preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and controlling of all invoices and expense claims (from customers, vendors and employees)

· Cost Center management (correct booking of all costs, updating and maintenance)

· Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations

· Issuing sales and other invoices

· Responsible for cost accounting (especially Customer Project cost controlling)

· Consulting expenditure survey

· Accounts receivable and accounts payable management

· Perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliations and foreign exchange.

Education, Experience and Other Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or other qualified discipline of reputable universities

· Minimum 5 years of experience

· Experienced in financial, operational and financial processes,

· Following the current legislation dominating all accounting processes such as Uniform Chart of Accounts, Financial Statements, Declarations, Budget, Tax Law, Commercial Law, Accounting Legislation,

· Good knowledge of LOGO - preferably involved in LOGO installation and development projects in previous experiences

· High degree of analytical mind and problem solving skills and the ability to make reliable, objective judgements and proposals

· Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work both hands-on and strategic

· Proven expertise in building sustainable customer relations and thereby sales growth

· Strong commitment to goals and proactive attitude

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Top-notch conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to apply them in a variety of topics

· Fluent English language skills, professional level-oral and written,

· Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
