QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Follow the invoice approval process, to account for supplier invoices
- Prepare payment lists
- Follow the contracts and preparation of stamp tax returns
- Support the preparation of other monthly statements and BA/BS
- Account import and export files
- Make supplier reconciliations
- Control e-invoice, e-archive, and e-ledger
- Conduct the process of fixed asset entry, exit, and end of month depreciation transactions
- Take an active role in the closure of the month
Qualifications
- BSc degree in related fields
- At least 3 - 4 years of accounting experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Has advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experienced with e-archive, e-invoice, and e-ledger
- Knowledgeable of general accounting processes and uniform chart of accounts
- Follows the current changes with the legislation and has competence with the legislative process of the areas of responsibility
- Preferably has experience with Infor Sunsystems
- Disciplined, attentive, able to adapt to a fast-working pace, and highly motivated
- Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork
- Preferably has initiated SMMM internship
