We are looking "Accounting Specialist" for our company . The position will be located at Manisa plant.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage general accounting, including payables, fixed assets, expenses
- Assist monthly VAT, WHT, stamp tax submissions and coordinate monthly submission calendar
- Support for reduce rate VAT refund processes
- Provide support to month-end closing activities
- Process e-ledger, e-invoices, e-archive, and paper invoices transactions
- Perform AP and all general ledger account reconciliations
- Provide support to inter company reconciliations
- Provide support for the preparations for internal and external audits
- Supporting import and export transaction in accounting
- Assist the payment process for both vendor payables and expenses, ensuring appropriate checks are performed on a regular basis
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines like Business Administration, Economics, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in general Finance and Accounting, preferably in multinational companies,
- Treasury and accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in English - both verbal and written
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Experience in ERP systems; SAP FI module knowledge is preferred
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Positive thinking skills & good team player & eager to learn new things
- No military obligation for male candidates
