We are looking for a “Controlling Specialist” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;
- Bachelor degree with a strong academic achievement in relevant disciplines like Business Administration, Economics, etc.
- Minumum 4 years of working experience in Finance&Accounting field
- Basic IFRS knowledge
- Proficiency in English - both verbal and written
- Advanced knowledge on MS Office and SAP FI module
- Having team spirit
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
Job Description
- Responsible for model costing, monthly cost accounting activities
- Window person for the department in cost reduction projects
- Responsible for variance analysis and reporting – standard vs actual
- Performs management of inventory counting and responsible for inventory related reports
- Responsible for scrap managements by performing approval, warehouse transfer, invoicing and reporting
- Window person for the department regarding ROI calculation within Finance Department
- Makes internal documentation (department procedures, instructions) and controls proper application of those
- Performs posting control and adjustments (if necessary) in a timely manner; be responsible for proper posting
- Performs SAP improvement studies in order to automatize daily work routines,
- Assists VAT refund process.
