QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a leading manufacturing company established Manisa and looking for a "Financial Controller" that the job description and the Qualifications of the position holder listed as below.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience and 4 years of experience with Big4 audit companies.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong IFRS and Turkish GAAP knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in various financial software applications and programs.
- Team player, proactive and strong communication skills.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Driver's licence required.
Job Description:
- Prepare monthly IFRS reporting of the company.
- Following updates of IFRS and principles of regulatory boards.
- Provide expert financial reporting, IFRS and HFM support across the Group.
- Secure local audit process with no material finding.
- Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Preparation and submission of monthly report.
- Prepare and control the monthly/quarterly financial reports and perform variance analysis and analytical review.
- Prepare and follow the budget.
