QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Accounts Payable Associate who may work remotely.
Minimum Skills and Abilities
- German language skills as mother tongue
- Both oral and written advanced English language skills
- Experience with accounts payable between 3-5 years
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field
- Has advanced and specialized expertise within a range of analytical or operational processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and result oriented
Responsibilities
- Applies accounting and systems understanding to solve unusual accounting issues
- Applies understanding of accounting principles to properly record financial and/or regulatory transactions
- Processes reconciliations and validates journal entries
- Provides training to new team members and conducts refresher training.
- Resolves long-term issues
- Maintains first-level ownership for process documents creation, updating, and training.
- Manages payment runs
- Maintains operational data updated in standard templates
- Analyzes and summarizes information to present as required
- Maintains first level ownership of Error Data banks and provides input for corrective action
- Manages small groups to ensure the completion of tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
