  • As an Accounts Payable Specialist in Insider day in and day out you will;
  • Be ensuring timely and correct booking of bank transactions across 25 countries,
  • Be in contact with banks to ensure transactions are executed in a timely & correct manner,
  • Support information for accounting services of all facilities of the company,
  • Respond to inquiries on invoice payment from vendors; investigate issues and questions related to payment processing and any discrepancies in a timely manner,
  • Provide support to daily treasury activities,
  • Manage daily and long term treasury activities and seek opportunities,
  • Also manage bank relations,
  • Prepare daily cash flow & report,
  • Forecast daily cash position by utilizing cash receipts and disbursements,
  • Prepare a weekly payment plan with the consideration of budget requests and trade payables,
  • Align with support departments regarding payments, budget requests, etc.
  • Perform other related duties.

  • have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields,
  • have 1+ years of experience in a related role, ideally in a global, scaling tech company. SaaS experience is also valuable but not a requirement,
  • are a data-junkie and number cruncher, passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture,
  • are a proactive and self-directed person, you take initiatives when necessary,
  • know your way around coordinating and motivating the team members,
  • have strong organization and time management skills to deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines,
  • have business judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to quickly establish the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them,
  • have an excellent command of English,
  • are familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing and challenging startup environment.
