QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Finance Operation Specialist in our new organization. Position will report to Finance Executive.

Required Qualifications for The Role:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience
  • Must have good typing and clerical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish & English
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Mikro accounting system is a plus


Job Description:

  • Manage system administration responsibilities, documentation, and procedures.
  • Ensure sufficient follow-up and control for the completion of billing cycle with full accuracy and timely manner.
  • Assist Finance Executive for Accounts Receivable follow-up and to fulfill credit risk management procedures and reporting.
  • Enhance verbal and written communication with customers to ensure accurate and timely response to their billing/documentation requirements.
