JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keeping accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization,
- Maintaining current reconciliation account
- Control and accounting of supplier invoices for compliance with recognition principles
- Follow-up of all purchase and sale invoices and accounting records by the accounting legislation
- Processing e-invoice and tax payments
- Processing records of bank transactions and following instructions
- Taking an active role in the preliminary phase of VAT, withholding, and the emergency declaration
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields of the reputable universities
- At least three years of work experience in a similar position
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel)
- Current familiarity with a common database and spreadsheet tools, such as Logo Tiger, preferred
- Experience in managing and documenting workflows, processes, and data entry
- Experience in the international accounting and system of taxation
- Experience in pre-accountancy and general accounting
- High skill in communication and in time management
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (advanced level)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
