Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 41 stores and online in 10 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “Finance Specialist” with the following skills and qualifications;
JOB DESCRIPTION
The main objectives of Finance Specialist are to secure a healthy cash flow and P&L to conduct business expansion and daily operation, and mitigate operational, financial and reputational risks.
- Updating short term and long term cash flow forecast regularly and working on funding plan
- Responsible for preparing the instructions for all banking services and registration of all records for financial transactions,
- Managing relationship for all commercial banks and financial intuitions,
- Supporting Financial Controlling team on month-end and year-end close process,
- Coordinating preparation of sales targets and monthly sales landing in SAP,
- Preparing analysis on sales KPIs and reporting variations,
- Preparing stock aging analysis and implementing corrective actions,
- Participating internal audit and control processes and ensuring their proper application,
- Additional controller duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or related sciences,
- 2/3 years of similar experience,
- Strong reporting and analytical skills,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Self-disciplined, analytical and multitasking.
