QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
SCOPE :
Determine operational objectives by analysing EMAAR Square Mall business functions through gathering, validating and documenting information of the business requirements providing support to improve process, services and to facilitate business decisions.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Establishing a detailed business and financial insight to outline improvement areas, opportunities and solutions for Mall operations.
- Defining business requirements, modelling business processes and reporting to department heads with solutions.
- Establish and maintain systems to compare the budget with actual with variance analysis of departments.
- Analysing and reporting variances from the budget and Mall reports on a monthly and quarterly basis and follow-up corrective action by the Department Heads issuing the risks and benefits.
- Conducting financial, operational, market, product and/or service analyses for prospect business strategies. Interpret and evaluate research data and develop integrated business projection for business strategy.
- Assist the Financial Auditors for the annual financial audits. Be in charge for the timely receipt of annual financial audit report.
Qualifications Required :
- Solid experience at Budget & Reporting at least 3 years to 5 years,
- Good knowledge of ROI calculations preferably at leasing and property investment functions,
- Good command of Ms Office programs especially Excel and Powerpoint,
- Sound knowledge of Oracle ERP tool,
- Hands on attribution with fast paced approach,
