Tchibo Turkey has been operating in Turkey for more than 15 years and is a highly successful organisation with growth plans and over 400 employees. There are 48 Tchibo stores in 11 different cities in Turkey.
Tchibo is a unique company because it operates both as a retailer and coffee shop, and also sells its FMCG branded products through retail chains and its own online store. Initially having focused more on non-food retail in Turkey, over recent years Tchibo Turkey has emphasised its coffee heritage and expertise in its local offering
We’re looking for an Financial Analyst to join our growing organization.
Job Description:
· Performing month end and year end closing activities in collaboration with Tchibo HQ, preparation of HQ reports prior to closing
· Active participation in yearly budget, revised plan and 3-year-plan processes
· Supporting business and management with various financial reports, KPI and profitability analyses
· Financial analysis of investment decisions, shop openings, prolongations and product launches
· Performing internal expense approval process
· Active participation in external and internal audit processes
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree; preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance / FMCG & Retail sectors
· Proven track record in audit is a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and BW is a plus
· Customer oriented & team player, result oriented
· Proficiency in English, German is a plus
