GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in relevant field,
  • Preferably, A minimum of 1 years of experience in leading audit firms
  • Fluency in spoken and written English,
  • Able to use MS Office programs,

  • Able to use SAP program,
  • Managing process and time,
  • Tracking ability is strong,
  • Strong communication,
  • High problem-solving ability,
  • For male, completed his military service


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Periodically, budget and actual comparisons,
  • Checking the accounting account contents,
  • Making financial statement analysis,
  • Making controlling payment, maturity, current, invoice and cost,
  • Making controlling Opex and Capex reports,
  • Buying and selling checking VAT rates and take necessary actions,
  • Follow-up of contracts concluded at the beginning of the year,
  • Managing the invoicing process according to the changing contract conditions,
  • Control of billing and payment processes in supplier contracts and following, reporting.
  • Turnover bonus, promotion, marketing activity fee, insert, store opening such as bills checking invoices for contract compliance,
  • Conducting event checks of campaigns and preparing reports of sales made with incomplete invoices and low margins.
  • Performing cost-effectiveness controls,
  • Identifying systemic improvement and development opportunities and taking part in necessary projects.
