Zorlu Energy Solutions, Turkey’s leading developer, investor and service provider in the Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure, is looking for a Financial Control and Operation Specialist/Sr.Specialist to join our team in İstanbul. What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for managing daily operations in finance of ZES companies, that is Turkey, Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Poland, Slovenia and many more to come. You will be part of the Finance and Risk Management team based in our headquarters in Istanbul and will report to the Financial Affairs Manager of ZES.
Your main responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Assisting the country management team with financial issues pertaining to revenue and cost management, reporting, payments and collection, etc.
- Managing day-to-day cash management operations, including execution (suppliers, tax, employees, etc.) and monitoring of the banking transactions,
- Development of all strategic and operational relationships with banks and financial institutions,
- Following and reporting daily / weekly / monthly cash-flows of the company, and related financial reports,
- Working closely and collaboratively with the sales and installation teams to derive all necessary finance related needs and activities,
- Contribute to analysis of various scenarios and risks reporting to senior management

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant disciplines of the Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences at reputable universities
- 2-5 years of experience in relative fields of the banking sector, corporate finance departments or audit companies
- High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Good command of MS Office Programs,
- Knowledge of SAP Finance Modules is an asset,
- Knowledge of international accounting regulations is a big asset,
- Strong planning and problem solving skills,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, being a team player
