JOB OBJECTIVES / SUMMARY

Innovative financial payment modeling, subscription/recurring payment simulations, installment/ credit sales simulations, monitoring and developing the process of bank-partnered projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines,
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• At least 7 - 8 years of experiences,
• Experience in working with the merchant, digital banking, consumer loans,
• Adept in loan, interest and installment payment legislation and calculation models,
• Open to development in financial technologies,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Strong teamwork, business follow-up and ability to follow-up more than one project simultaneously skills, following to world trends.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performs end-to-end management duties for and tracks performance of consumer credit, shopping loan projects in-charge,
• Possesses knowledge of payment infrastructures, installment sales regulations and bank credit rules and legislations. In projects, designs processes according to these legislations,
• Analyzes customer and customer usage payment systems in order to determine the requirements of new product/feature and identification of planned new product/feature specifications and plans a roadmap in order to meet those specifications as well as assuring the process to be kept on track accordingly,
• Performs required coordinating duties with internal/external company’s information technologies, marketing, sales, legal, financial, logistics and customer service, financial system and process development teams in order to establish targeted customer credit, shopping credit etc. projects,
• Performs planning and training duties as well as providing assistance regarding field expansion for projects under development,
• Oversees the company-bank cooperation, seasonal work conditions, credit card and consumer credit campaign processes,
• Investigates financial technologies and trends, develops projects to be adapted to company applications,
• Performs POS Bank seasonal working conditions (blocked day count – cost commission ratio) determination process,
• Provides permanency of completed projects/studies,
• Performs analysis of collection channels developed/desired by the company as well as interaction with bank and/or financial institutions under Central Financial management,
• Performs negotiations for price and conditions of collection channels developed/desired by the company with bank and/or financial institutions under Central Financial management.
