QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

We are looking for a Finance Specialist who has;

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering, MBA degree will be a plus

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or in corporate banking or project finance departments of banks

• Ability to analyze trends and developments in global economy and financial markets

• Ability to analyze, interpret and present financial data

• Comprehensive knowledge about banking products, familiarity with treasury and corporate finance transactions

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Excellent computer modelling skills with Microsoft Excel and Access

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Male candidates must have fulfilled their military service

Job Description

• Responsible for relationship with financial institutions

• Manages daily banking operations

• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly statistical and monitoring reports

• Produces adhoc reports in relation to debt structure, cash flow forecasts, company business plans etc.

• Coordinates the fulfillment of financial needs of the group companies

• Coordinates syndicated or bilateral loan documentation and utilization process

• Participates in project financing / refinancing transactions including financial modeling, cashflow forecasts and scenario analysis

• Analyses financial statements and interprets financial data
