QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “ Senior Project Finance Specialist ” for Borusan EnBW Energy.
- University Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering. Preferably an MBA degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Finance
- Preferably with project finance or corporate finance experience
- Experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Business Fluent in English
- Effective management of relations with shareholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Multi-task oriented team player
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participating in execution of project finance transactions, contract negotiations (transaction part of process includes modeling, bankability feasibility analysis etc.)
- Develop models for determining funding alternatives and structures
- Participate in negotiation of terms of loans
- Preparing legal documentation and conducting coordination with lawyers
- Provide necessary documentation during banks’ due diligence process
- Effective and fast management of conditions precedent process
- Organizing and ensuring the completion of the execution process
- Follow up on the obligations in already executed agreements e.g. documentation delivery to banks, covenant and cash flow control
- Carry out necessary amendments concerning existing agreements
- Support internal customers and audit firms on their requests from Project Finance agreements
- Support cash flow management for decisions regarding equity contributions/Working Capital Loan requirements and limits by parents
- Support the finance team in other areas when necessary, such as daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cash and debt management, and execution of routine transaction related tasks
- Supporting in financial evaluation incl. Interpretation of economic feasibility of investment options, pricing models and cost assumptions
- Monitors portfolio IRRs as per recent decisions of M&A transactions or LTAs and supports management decisions with simulations.
- Informing and coordinating related departments regarding obligations stated in project finance agreements and follow up on the implementation of obligations
- Supporting digital transformation projects
