QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for "Financial Reporting Specialist /Senior Specialist" for our leading client operating in financial services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree,
- Min. 3 years experience in financial reporting and/or financial control, Big 4 experience is a plus
- Good command of English,
- Having knowledge and experience regarding General Accounting, BRSA & IFRS to perform requested analyzes,
- Financial instutition experience is a big plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements such as accumulated profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flows, etc in accordance with BRSA & International Financial Reporting Standards,
- Controlling both statutory and IFRS journal entries, prearing IFRS journal entries (derivative, IFRS 16, loan, bond etc)
- Supporting the development of controlling and reporting systems,
- Determining and analysing of key financial indicators,
- Execution of monthly financial results analysis,
- Budget preperation, monitoring monthly budget realization,
- Fulfillment of monthly management reports, and other add-hoc reporting & presentation needs,
- Coordination of audit/review process with external auditors, preparation of audit report and annual reports,
- Coordination of company rating process with credit rating agency,
- Supporting CMB bond issue process, preparing application documents,
- Supporting bank relations in terms of financial results.
