QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Financial Analyst with the following qualifications to be evaluated in Gözen Holding's group companies.
· Managing cost and revenue practices, product & service costing
· Prepare periodic management reporting – analyzing financial results, KPI analysis, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future risks/opportunities
· Project performance tracking, baseline compliance analysis
· Financial analysis, extracting financial insights and reorganizing financial data
· Managing financial and accounting data to create periodic financial reporting
· Building financial and decision support models
· Initiating efficiency and development projects for revenue management, reporting, accounting and analysis
We want to hear from you if you;
· Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields,
· Have 2+ years experience in similar roles,
· Are a data-junkie and number cruncher, passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture,
· Like to work with data and reveal game changer insight with data through deep analyses,
· Have familiarity with Microsoft Excel and BI tools
· Are a proactive and self-directed person that take initiatives when necessary,
· Love working in a multicultural environment, and are fluent in English to communicate effectively,
· Are familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, growing and challenging environment.
