Business Analyst (Finance)

We are looking for Business Analyst (Finance) to join our Real Estate Development team where we attract the best talent and help them to grow to realize their dreams.

What you will do at McDonald’s

· Analyze data (Feasibilities, P&L statements, profitability analysis) and prepare the reports of Real Estate Development Department,

· Process tracking of leasing agreements and leasing protocols,

· Coordinating international approval processes for restaurants,

· Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally

What McDonald’s expects

· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics

· Minimum 2 years of experience in similar area,

· Excellent command of English,

· Proficiency in MS Office applications,

· Proactive, analytical, good at tracking,

· Strong written and verbal communication, reporting and analysis skills,

· Compatible with teamwork,
