QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for finance control over Service Europe Subregion 4 Turkey and reporting directly to Finance Manager Service Europe Subregion 4.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparation and analysis of the business cycle: actuals, budget, forecasts at Service Europe Subregion 4 - Turkey. Follow monitored KPIs to measure the performance.
  • Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
  • Control over quality and correctness of the books and records related to SR4 Turkey
  • Providing quality on time finance reporting
  • Supporting STAT and TAX process in Turkey
  • Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy
  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
  • Impacts projects, processes, and procedures in own field. The role operates with some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Activities require professional judgment but may require more senior levels of guidance
  • Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions

? Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in FP&A operations in a similar role
  • Understanding and ability to produce financial statements, based on US GAAP, understanding of contracts related accounting and commercial aspects related to contracts execution
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Very good Knowledge of local statutory and tax requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft(excel, word , PowerPoint) as well as ERP systems such as SAP
  • Very limited travel is expected, less than 10% of working hour

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Maintains communication with key personnel responsible for business operations and its financial outcome.
  • Preferred experience with leading small team and capable managing relationship with peers on similar level of seniority
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Understanding of project management procedures applied in project execution

  • Disciplined with strong analytical skills, Good command of finance reporting systems and Excel
